If you achieved a Higher National Diploma Level 5 or a Foundation Degree in Filmmaking or a similar subject, our flagship Filmmaking BA (Hons) one year top-up degree capitalises on our industry standard filmmaking resources and the expertise of our lecturers – all of whom are professional practitioners in various film and broadcast capacities.
This cutting edge student-led degree will provide you with the opportunity to further focus on a form and in a discipline of film production of your choice. This industry-relevant offering includes a critical understanding of applied film theory and an industry insight from our network of guest lecturers.
We are one of the few film schools in the country offering training in both film and digital production techniques, so if your destination is cinema, you will have the necessary skills to work in either medium.
With a clear focus on inspiring and developing practicing filmmakers, you will leave Screen and Film School with a calling card for your skills, a professional showreel and an understanding of how to navigate the film industry.
