If you are a Brighton Film School undergraduate student studying on a course validated by the University of Brighton, you could be eligible for university-managed accommodation.
University-managed accommodation options include:
- university-managed halls and houses
- house share scheme (if you don’t get offered a place in a university-managed hall or house)
- private rented accommodation (which gives you more choice over where to live and who with)
- Homestay (where you rent a room in your landlord’s home)

PRIVATE RENTING WITH BRIGHTON FILM SCHOOL STUDENTS
Some of our students share privately rented houses throughout their time on the course to fully immerse themselves in the film school experience. Our friendly Admissions team will help you find the right housemates and advise you on trusted landlord and estate agents you can rent from.
Halls of residence can be very expensive and this is a cost-effective way of living in the centre of Brighton, getting to know your fellow classmates and plunge into the world of studying filmmaking.
